We would be glad to welcome you on the date booked.

For group bookings we have to ask for a 50 percent pre-peyment, for trade fair
bookings a 100 percent pre-payment. We expect you to present us with a full list
of all guests stying with us one week prior to your stay to facilitate a smooth and
quick check-in.

In case of cancellation or non-appearance we have to charge a cancellation fee
according to German hospitality industry regulations

For accomodation = 80 percent
For half board = 70 percent

Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing.
A reimbursement is not possible.

We are a service enterprise and there fore our bills are payable without delay
and deduction.Thank you!

Your booking does not entitle you to accomodation in a special room.

We recommend effecting a travel resignation insurance.

Your room will be available for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival till 11 a.m.
on your day of departure.
